 “Welcome to good with coffee"

Let us first acknowledge that, yes, we know we are competing against the doughnut. The bagel. The croissant. The muffin. And of course that gastrointestinal jokester, the prune Danish.

But despite all that doughy and gooey wonderfulness, we think there is still something missing in your morning ritual: Cartoons that are especially, exceptionally Good With Coffee.

For years, people have turned to newspaper comics for a chuckle over their morning brew, and it’s been a grand tradition. But those people seem to be dwindling down to a precious few. We at Good With Coffee, however, are determined to keep that tradition alive.

So what did we do? We baked up a batch of our own morning humor, but in a tidier format—the e-book. No more inky-fingered newspaper handling to smudge your nice clean shirt. And for us the purest form of comic humor is the single-panel cartoon. Not to disparage the strips, some of which we love, but we just have a thing for those little boxes of giggles and snorts.

And by “we” we mean us, Jerry Fisher and Ken Pedersen, a couple of blokes whose panel cartooning efforts[…   Our work has been published  in the United States and in the United Kingdom. Barron's and the Oldie.
